My podcast for home prescribers
One of the lockdown projects that I set myself, many months ago now, was to write and record short (2–5 minute) audio descriptions of the 42 homeopathic remedies found in Ainsworth’s Essential Kit specifically focused on their indications for home use. Why this kit? For no other reason than that it is the more comprehensive of the home remedy kits, and when you are prescribing homeopathically, the larger your kit, the more likely you are to have the right remedy to hand. I also love the Helios kits too.
So far I have recorded and uploaded 34 remedy descriptions and a ‘How to use Bitesize Homeopathy’. You can find them on my Bitesize Homeopathy page and on PodBean, where they are hosted. They are free, and you can download the recordings for listening offline too.
